[It's time to dance, Manager Grey!]

[Time: 2:00 pm]

The day kept going, and Billie and Grey wandered the park.

"You know, Billie," Grey mused, adjusting his vampire cape, "I can't help but feel like we're building up to something big. All these mysterious attractions, the voice we keep hearing..."

Billie nodded, her witch's hat slightly askew from her earlier encounter with the aggressive crème brûlée. "I know what you mean. It's like we're actors in a play, but we don't know the script."

As if on cue, a chill wind swept through the plaza, carrying with it the faint sound of ghostly music. The ground beneath their feet began to shimmer and shift, transforming from gumdrop cobblestones into a polished dance floor made of dark chocolate and white chocolate swirls.

"Oh no," Grey groaned. "Not another one."

Before they could retreat, massive walls of spun sugar rose around them, forming an enormous, opulent ballroom. Chandeliers made of crystalized rock candy descended from the ceiling, casting an eerie, multicolored glow over the room.

A stage materialized at one end, draped in velvet curtains made of red licorice.

As Grey and Billie stood there, mouths agape, other park guests began to materialize around them, looking equally confused and excited. Then, with a puff of purple smoke, a figure appeared on the stage – a ghostly MC, his translucent body dressed in a dapper suit made of woven candy wrappers.

"Ladies and gentlemen, ghouls and goblins!" the MC's voice boomed, echoing unnaturally through the ballroom. "Welcome to the Ghoulish Groove Dance Party! Are you ready to dance until you drop... dead?"

The crowd cheered, their earlier confusion forgotten in the face of this new excitement.

"Tonight, we'll witness the most spine-tingling, bone-rattling dance-off this side of the spirit world!" the MC continued. "But first, let's welcome our judges!"

With a wave of his spectral hand, three figures appeared in ornate chairs near the stage. Grey's jaw dropped as he recognized them, a werewolf in a glittering disco suit, a vampire countess in a gothic ballgown, and what appeared to be the Creature from the Black Lagoon, wearing a bowtie made of seaweed.

"And now," the MC grinned, his teeth glowing in the spooky light, "let's kick off this monster mash with our first contestants!"

Before Grey could process what was happening, he felt a tug on his arm. He turned to see Billie, her eyes shining with excitement.

"Grey! That's us! We're being called to the dance floor!" she said.

"What? No, Billie, wait-" But it was too late. Billie had already dragged him to the center of the ballroom, where a spotlight made of moonbeams suddenly illuminated them.

"Our first contestants," the MC announced, "the dynamic duo of Parnival Wonderland! Manager Grey and the ever delightful Billie!"

The crowd cheered, and Grey felt his face flush. "Billie," he hissed, "I can't dance!"

Billie just grinned. "Sure you can!
